Return Policy
All products carry full manufacturer's warranty, if any. Contract returns shall follow the appropriate return policy established in the Netjam Terms and Conditions for that contract. Please contact a Netjam Representative for further information by calling us toll-free at 1-866-2-Netjam.
Netjam will accept returned products purchased for credit or exchange within 120 days of the invoice date and shall not be returned except for equipment failure during that 120 day period. This warranty does NOT cover incompatibilities or the purchase of an incorrect item for your needs. Netjam reserves the right to REPAIR or REPLACE the faulty equipment rather than issuing a refund.
Returned products must be wholly complete, new and unused, with any factory seals unbroken, and must include original packaging materials, manuals, unmarked warranty cards and any accessories and other materials provided by the manufacturer. Original manufacturer's boxes and packaging materials must be free of markings. Returned products should be properly insured and shipped via a reliable and traceable carrier. Netjam is not responsible for any products for which it has not acknowledged receipt. CODs will not be accepted. Netjam is not responsible for shipping and handling charges on returns.

In the event that a product must be returned, please keep all packaging material and corresponding documentation. All returns must be pre-approved by a Netjam Representative by calling 561-791-9828. Upon approval of the return, the Netjam Representative will assign a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
To expedite the assignment of the RMA number, please be prepared to furnish the following information when calling:
- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Serial Number(s)
- Part Number
- Product Description
- Brief Explanation of Problem
- Verification of Product Condition

Upon assignment of the RMA number, the product(s) must be promptly returned to Netjam no later than fourteen (14) days after assignment of the RMA number. The RMA number must be included with and displayed prominently on the shipping label of the return. Returns will not be accepted without an authorized Netjam RMA number. Do not write the RMA number on the outside of manufacturer's boxes.
